The Clinical Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our clinical operations through the analysis of healthcare data, contributing to improved patient outcomes and operational efficiencies. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, with an ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights. A proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and R for statistical analysis is essential. Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau and familiarity with healthcare-specific software like SAS and Epic are highly valued. A fundamental understanding of frameworks such as HL7 for health information exchange is also required. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare data environment, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills are a must, facilitating effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. As a mid-level position, we seek individuals who can mentor junior analysts and contribute to strategic planning.
